ban.do

I am loving ban.do. and I am making an appointment visiting their studio.
can't wait to meet those pretty head pieces finally in person.
thank god, their studio is close to my place :)

超かわいいban.do。他のとこもそうだけど、全部ネットだから試せないのが難点。だけど、ここのスタジオが家のすぐ近くでアポをとったら見せてくれるらしい。ラッキー。買うかどうかはわかんないけど、そしてはっきり言って自分に似合うともあまり思えないんだけど。ま、試してみるだけタダなんで。

sneak peek

finally started designing our invitation. yes, not me. Alex does.
while I was taking a "weekend nap" for 3 hours, he designed and sketched.

He has been working more than 5 hours next to me while I am blogging. :)

やっと招待状の作成に入りました。アレックスが。私はふて寝してました。3時間。その間にせっせとデザインスケッチして、私の承諾のもとにイラストレーターで作成しております。ご苦労です。その横でブログしてますが。でも、たまに背後からチェックして「すごいねー。いいねー。才能あるねー」と褒めたたえております。いや、でも本当にかわいく出来てて完成が楽しみ♪　まだ、式の場所決まってないけど。

Then, I got a good idea!

here is my idea. instead of "table numbers", we will have "table colors". (do you like it or do you like it?) let's say "table green", "table yellow", "table red" etc, etc....

How do I do that?

I have this huge color chips box. like thousands colors. (oh no, I didn't get this box for our wedding. I got this when I was an interior design major student. It has been sitting in my room for years. Thank god, I didn't get rid of it) and YES, it's FREE. yay!

life is hard...

I know our wedding budget is super small. $8,000.
But it is still not easy to squeeze this amout from our pocket.
We both are foreigners. which we have been spending a LOT of money for getting working visa.
(yes, we are LEGAL aliens :)

anyway, today's post is nothing to do with "wedding", but "money".
While saving money for the wedding, I still wanted shopping for my daily fashion.
